how to firm breasts like these?
my breasts look almost like these (apart that mine are bigger) and i want to firm them in order for the nipples to face higher up without surgery. do exercises help to firm the boob and which ones?

I have very large breast and I am seriously considering having a breast reduction. I told some of my male friends and they were begging me not to do it. I really don’t care about what they think because its my body. I wear a 44F…that’s too big. Let me know what you think guys.
I read the female comments and most of you said that the younger generation is all about a cute butt BUT that is not true. Most of the guys I know like both and these are men that are in their late twenties; early thirties. I have a very nice but but my boobies get a lot of attention.

Here’s the thing, my chest is a solid ‘a’ cup with very large areolas. A few years ago when I was 20 after seeing a Dr. that looked at my chest, he made me see some hormone Dr’s.. One thing led to the next and it turns out I’m one of the ‘very rare’ cases I see on these breast reduction plastic surgen websites. I have a pituitary tumor which cause a bad hormone imbalance and return my moobs.

i hate my large breasts, would I be suitable for breast reduction?
Im 17 years old and a size 8 (on the bottom) however i’m a size 12 on the top as I’m a cup size 34F verging on G. I am quite tall but naturally skinny.
My boobs really get me down, they are too big! they give me really bad back and neck ache which is horrible plus they really affect my self esteem. I feel frumpy and no clothes look good on me. it is horrible. Also I get a lot of unwanted attention from pubescent males who look at them rather than my face. I can’t run comfortably and its a pain trying to get bikinis and bras.
I know that exercising wont do much to solve my problem as i don’t want to lose weight. I would be happy with a C cup.
would I be eligible to get the reduced on the NHS?

Ok, so I’m 20 yrs old and I have female friends but never a girl friend, so I thought maybe I just have low self esteem because all through high school I was on the heavy side. Well I lost about 30 pounds and I’m still not thin but not obese. The problem is I still have alot of fat around my chest(man boobies). I have done alot of chest exercises and such and it just gets bigger because my pecks increase but the fat on top just poke out. I’m starting to just think its genetic.
I fell pretty good about the rest of my body but that one area makes me very self-conscience. So I’m considering getting Gynecomastia which is basically male breast reduction. I’m just really apprehensive about getting the surgery because I’m afraid it would mae people think differently about me. How would you feel if a guy you knew had plastic surgery?

I know this sounds extremely petty, but I’m dealing with a very petty person.
My mothers boyfriend is 56 years old and last week had a tantrum and almost ended up in tears because my mother had eaten the last bag of crisps.
He regularly storms out in a sulk if he can’t watch what he wants to on the TV.
He calls my sister and I worthless and useless and says we have no idea what work is. We both have full time jobs and he is currently on the dole and not actively seeking work.
His idea of a reasonable reaction when I stand up to him is trash my bedroom and kick me out.
And my mum will not leave him, I’ve tried to convince her but she really won’t.
I’m looking for a bit of revenge, he already has 35 leaflets about gastric band surgery (he weighs 300lb…and will NOT STOP EATING!) and male breast reduction on the way to him from all over the country and he’s been looking for his favourite crossword book for three days now, but he’ll never find it. Pathetic I know, but this is the sort of thing that will really get to him.
I’m not looking for anything too nasty, just something that’s going to annoy him, so any suggestions are welcome!

What would I do about sorting it out? Go to my GP? Would my parents have to come with me for it? It’s something I really don’t want my mum to know Im going to the doctor about at the moment.
